You will receive the identical Script setup as it runs on my Demo-Server, and under the aspect, that Your Server is configured to accept and handle standard CGI-Script Applications without limitations eventually unknown to you or me at the time of this agreement. 10.Legal: You are as person authorized for financial transactions and fully responsible to handle legal matters for Your Website. 11.Payment: When your order is accepted, you will receive an Order Confirmation by E-Mail containing all important information. I will require Server Access Information from you. After reception of your Server Access Info, I will make certain initial Tests to check if the Server is capableto handle CGI. You then will transfer the "non refundable" Amount plus Payment Carrier charges to my account in order to release the program upload to your Server. To do this, After the receipt of the payment confirmation by the Payment Carrier, all preconfigured program scripts will be uploded and tested initially on your own Server. 12.Startup: I will inform you after successful Installation of the Auction Software. From then on, it's your Baby!!
